Refunds and Return Policy

At Bates Play, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our Refunds and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on batesplay.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products, including downloadable games, cards, activities, and books, are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for digital products.
2. Physical Products
We accept returns and process refunds for physical products under the following conditions:
a. Eligibility
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
b. Non-Returnable Items
• Digital products (as stated above).
• Physical items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or refund for eligible physical products:
1. Contact Us: Email us at Imani@batesplay.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return.
2. Approval: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• Approved Returns: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us at Imani@batesplay.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
• Check your bank account.
• Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
